Hi, I’m Stacey, and I started Play and Grow because I know firsthand how important the right support can be for children and families.

As a parent of a child with developmental differences, I understand the challenges that can come with navigating delays, anxiety, and neurodivergence. I know the worry of wanting your child to feel safe, confident, and ready for the world — and the relief of finding people who truly see and understand them.

I’ve also spent many years in the preschool classroom, where I witnessed how much children benefit from learning social and emotional skills before they begin kindergarten. Time and again, I saw bright, capable little learners who just needed that extra layer of support to build confidence, manage big feelings, and connect with others — the foundations that make starting school a more positive and successful experience.

That’s why I chose this path. My practice is built on the belief that every child deserves to feel understood, capable, and celebrated for who they are. Through play therapy, early skills support, and family collaboration, I help children grow at their own pace while giving families the tools and confidence to walk alongside them.

This is more than just a career for me — it’s a calling shaped by my personal journey, my professional experience, and my deep respect for children and their families. My hope is that when you step through my door, you’ll feel heard, supported, and reassured that you don’t have to walk this road alone.
