Play Therapy
Play Therapy is a specialised approach designed to support children ages 2-9 in their emotional and psychological well-being.
A child’s natural mode of learning and expression is often play. While adults may use counselling to help them through difficulties, children can struggle with talk-based methods while their cognitive abilities and verbal skills are developing.

1:1 Early Skills Support
1:1 Early Skills Support is an intervention program that involves identifying and offering effective early support to children and young people.
Early Skills Support is about helping your child thrive — not just today, but into the future. We know that children grow at their own pace, and sometimes they may benefit from extra support in building the foundations that will help them learn, connect, and succeed.

Foundations For Learning
Starting school is a big milestone for every child — and every family. Our Foundations for Learning sessions are designed to help children 4-5 years old build the essential skills and confidence they need to step into the classroom with ease.
Through play-based activities, routines, and intentional teaching, we focus on key areas such as attention and listening, emotional regulation, social skills, fine-motor and pre-literacy foundations.
